Project & Operations Manager (Mid-Senior Level)

The Project and Operations Manager is responsible for managing, coordinating, and implementing projects and operations across the organization. The Manager will oversee the planning, budgeting, and scheduling of projects and will ensure that deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met. The Manager will also ensure that all operations are running efficiently and that the organization is meeting its goals.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. They should have experience in project and operations management, as well as a deep understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.

The responsibilities include and are not limited to:

  • Develop and implement project and operational plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Monitor progress and quality of projects and operations
  • Manage resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure successful projects and operational delivery
  • Ensure operations are running smoothly and efficiently
  • Maintain records and track the progress of projects and operations
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure that all operations are running effectively
  • Identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to address them
  • Provide reports and updates on the project and operational progress to the organization
  • Support the implementation of business initiatives
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and policy across design, development, marketing, and leadership teams

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field
  • Proven experience in project and operations management
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to build SOP’s (Standard Operations Procedures) for project and process documentations
  • Comfortable and able to navigate conflicts during projects across teams or between team and client
  • Master the project planning, time management, and project scoping for creative and development team
  • Ability to map project timeline and assign tasks accordingly to team members to ensure smooth operations
  • Understand agile, workload, and cost management

Content Writer & Manager (Mid-level to Senior)

We are looking to hire a part-time mid-level to senior Content Writer & Manager to work alongside our leadership team on primarily content creation, content management and marketing-related work. We are looking to add a new team member with a minimum of 3 years of experience and with relevant experience crafting thought leadership content.
 
You’ll be working very closely with the co-founders and collaboratively work with other team members on both in-house marketing projects.
The responsibilities include and are not limited to:
  • Write long-form (articles / lead magnet page content) and short-form (email newsletter / social media post) content for marketing purposes
  • Cover topics around branding, design thinking, digital marketing, and online business.
  • Present ideas or alternative approaches during brainstorming sessions,
  • Make updates/changes in our content for ongoing marketing initiatives,
  • Collaborate and communicate project updates to co-founders,
  • Communicate project updates and attend weekly team meetings.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Have been a copywriter or content writer for a minimum of 3 years
