What things are you able to help with within the resource limits?
You have our full agency on retainer to help with anything and everything from our core services: design, strategy and all things web. The one and only service not included is logo creation.
We're able to help run your website, maintain it, help adding in content, create social graphics for you, help you pick the best email marketing and automation tool, email delivery issues, networking or hosting problems, and get it setup and more.
On the strategy side we are able to help you craft your digital marketing and sales strategies, craft content plans, draft social user journeys, discover your core needs and set OKRs and KPIs, and help you grow and scale your core business.
Think of us as your friendly nerdy, strategic creative partner in business to help you with anything you may need (as long as it's something we can do).
What premium plugins are included in the agency-level care plans?
This is an every changing list as time goes on, though off the top of our heads and at least for WordPress we're able to include:
- Forms: FluentForms
- Image optimizations: Shortpixel, EWWW or WP Compress
- Speed optimizations: Swift or WPRocket
- Visual Builder: Elementor or Oxygen
- Scheduling: WPAmelia
- Custom data: Toolkit, JetEngine, or ACF Pro
Can I change or choose my payment frequency?
No.
Our retainers are paid at the rate agreed and originally set, which usually is monthly or yearly. We're also able to do quarterly if requested.
On larger plans we're able to offer weekly retainer payments for quarterly contracts.
Can I sign up for a quarterly plan but pay monthly?
Yup! Our contracts are crafted to be 3-month engagements though paid out monthly to make the cash flow easier for you to manage.
Do you offer support for any type of website? Do you support eCommerce? Shopify? Magento? Others?
Yes!
We're able to support pretty much anything as long as we can get at the data or code (whichever is needed).
Though we're currently focusing on: WordPress / WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento 1.9.x / 2.x, Webflow.
What is the cancellation policy?
You may cancel your retainer with us by writing to us / notifying us at least 20 days before the contract renewal.
Can I pay by something other than credit card? Do I have to pay online?
You may, though we prefer online payments as it is easier to manage.
If you would like to arrange for payments other than online credit/debit payment, please contact us via email or give us a call and we'll discuss options.
Usually, the other options we accept are: business cheques and wire transfer.
Do you offer discounts for your web care plans?
Once in a while we may run a promotion or if you decide to have multiple plans, though otherwise no. All plan rates are as listed on their checkout pages.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan level?
Yup!
Simply log into your account and you may change your plan as you wish.
What is the sign-up process? What do I need to do to get started?
