Telling Industries makes a technically complex product line — and had no digital way to show it. Buyers couldn't self-serve their way to the right configuration, and a serious manufacturer was being represented by a site that undersold the engineering behind it.
The need & goal
Telling needed the website to do real work: explain a complicated catalog, let buyers find and configure the right product, and carry the credibility of an established manufacturer — without a multi-quarter timeline.
