The need & goal
Walsh didn't need more traffic — they needed the traffic they had to buy. The goal was a storefront that matched the quality of the product and removed the friction between "interested" and "ordered."
Our approach
We rebuilt the store on a conversion-first architecture, with brand strategy from the ground up: clearer positioning, a shopping experience designed around how customers actually decide, and the trust signals a wellness buyer needs to commit. Then we measured it.
